Charmaine Lyn
I take a liberatory and anti-colonial approach to coaching organizational leaders. My practice draws on my professional training and over twenty years of experience as a racialized woman leading equity, diversity, inclusion, reconciliation, and decolonization change-work in post-secondary and non-profit sectors.
Of Chinese ancestry, I was born in Jamaica and immigrated with my family to Tiohtià:ke (Montreal), where I grew up. I’m a first-generation university attendee with B.A., Civil Law, and Common Law degrees from McGill University, and Professional and Personal Coach Certification from Concordia University’s John Molson Executive Centre in its School of Business. I live and work with my husband and two kids on the unceded territory of the Wabanaki (Dawnland) Confederacy.
